The ECCP and its Human Capital Committee hosted a virtual session with Department of Labor and Employment Undersecretary Benjo Benavidez, International Labor Organization Philippines Country Director Khalid Hassan to take a closer look at how business can play a greater role in building a more inclusive environment that will enhance productivity, increase the country’s competitiveness, and create more and better jobs with the right skill sets suitable to the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. A private sector representative also shared his company’s best practices as well as policy recommendations on how to address challenges arising from the future of work.
