The Branch Officer acts as operation coordinator and administrator in the assigned branch. He/she plans, implements, and evaluates chamber activities in the area. He/she is at the forefront of giving quality service to members, clients, and partners.
Reporting to: Mr. Florian Gottein, Executive Director
Coordination to: Mr. Tony Peralta, SMBC Chairman
Duties and Responsibilities: - Recruitment of new member companies
- Assist member companies and clients
- Maintain and develop existing business partnerships with LGUs, potential member companies, and European consular offices in Davao.
- Represent ECCP in social and networking events
- Organize Quarterly Membership Meetings
- Organize Training Programs
- Organize Sector Advocacy Events
- Write articles/press releases/circulars for use in ECCP websites and publications
- Coordinate closely with ECCP main office in Manila
- Project Management: Support the implementation of the EU funded BARMM CRESCENT Project
- Assist in tasks as requested by the top management
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, stakeholder management, and events management.
- Must be based in Davao City or willing to relocate in Davao City.
- Experience working with LGUs, business chambers, consular offices, or international organizations is a plus.
