The European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP) is looking for an Events Officer to join the Chamber!
Job Description:
The Events Officer acts as support to the Events Manager for all ECCP-led events. He/she will have strong event management skills and experience in handling third party suppliers and is able to anticipate and quickly resolve concerns that may arise during events.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Communications, Marketing,or other similar related fields.
With 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales and handling meetings, events, and suppliers is required for this position.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Canva, and knowledgeable in CRM/GlueUp platform.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Confident and clear communicator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing of flagship events to potential partners, attendees, and/or exhibitors;
Prepare and schedule circulars for in-house and managed events;
Take the lead in managing online and onsite event registrations;
Support in client/partner relations and coordination;
Support in overall event coordination (timeline, staffing, and budget creation & management);
Support in logistics coordination (venue, suppliers, staff, license, permits, etc.);
Support in on-site management and event execution;
Post-event report and evaluation;
Other administrative tasks.
