Navigating the competency of leadership bridges effective workplace and camaraderie. This also calls for holistic management and an open mind on how to project inclusive growth in the industry. As we go further to the rapid pace of professional engagements in the 21st century, managing such competency holds a variety of principles that could be inculcated through years of experience and self-determination. With the growing expectations at hand, new managers tend to seek the variables that can help them maintain the interest of their team, the morale they have to uphold, represent the organizations they lead and keep the workplace coherent in nature.
The ECCP acknowledges the weight of these variables and encourages these newly found leaders to build the foundations they have to possess towards their transitional period. With the success of the first run held last December 2021, ECCP is facilitating another public run of the workshop entitled LEARN TO LEAD: Management Foundations for New Managers(2nd Run) on February 24, 2022 from 9AM-12NN. This workshop will be facilitated by ECCP Member Leaderwise Consulting's Chief Learning Officer, Ms. Jo-Ann Vidal. This is a platform to determine the gaps these new leaders need to fill and preserve the integrity to lead.
