
Leadership and Management Skills for Supervisors
This one-day program will train the participants on supervision and leadership. The training will cover to discuss the qualities, roles, and responsibilities of the supervisor geared towards the attainment of organizational goals. More importantly, crucial skills for supervisors will be discussed. Some of these skills are:
