This program will prepare leaders with practical tips on how to use 2 situational leadership models to address team performance gaps. The lessons will allow leaders to discover various application opportunities for the benefit of their respective teams.
The participants will discover opportunities to learn techniques in effectively managing the developmental needs of individuals within their respective teams, regardless of their respective developmental stages.
