Course Objective

Each workshop in this series is aimed at the promotion of the strategies for the personality development of the employees or individuals. The rationale behind this endeavor is the recognition of the multifaceted influence of personality of each person.

The objective of the training program is to bring about personal development with regard to the different behavioral dimensions that have far-reaching significance for the participants.

MS. RITA B. BUSTAMANTE is a Master in Development Communication and a candidate for Doctor of Communication who had an extensive experience facilitating personality development and image enhancement workshops with John Robert Powers Philippines. She is also an international lecturer who has handled lectures about Imagination Management, Creative Thinking Management, and Visual Communication.

She's an advocate for empowering excellence in leadership and was consistently recognized for outstanding and promising performance as Professor, Researcher, Administrator and as an Artist.
