In partnership with the ECCP Human Capital Committee, the ECCP will hold its first Learning Session on security of tenure (SOT). Participants will get to hear the latest developments about the SOT bills pending in the 18th Congress as well as their implications to both the management and workforce. This knowledge-packed activity will also highlight the current regulatory environment on contractualization practices in the Philippines and some best practices and case studies in the Asia-Pacific region.
