The UN Women - WeEmpowerAsia Philippines Team is very pleased to announce the First UN Women Philippines - Asia Pacific call for WEPs Awards Applications. This will be the first awards initiative in the region to recognize exemplary business practice for gender equality aligned to the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). Winners for the Philippine WEPs Awards will automatically be nominated to the UN Women Asia Pacific Awards.

Timed with the 10th anniversary of the WEPs, this is a unique opportunity for business leaders and companies to be recognized and make its efforts to advance gender equality visible amongst customers, employees and partners, as well as inspire others to take action.
