To engage in, conduct, and carry on the business of developing, marketing, distributing, and selling technology products, software, and services; to localize and adapt foreign technologies for the Philippine market; to invest in and manage other technology-related companies; to establish partnerships with foreign and local entities for technology transfer, commercialization, and distribution; to provide information technology consultancy services, including but not limited to, systems integration, software development, and IT infrastructure management; and to perform all acts necessary or incidental to the attainment of the foregoing purposes.
