The Certification in Kaizen Leadership Program is a hands-on 6-week, 30-hour online leadership and management that prepares participants to lead the complex challenge of driving effective organizational change in the simplest, fastest and most sustainable way possible. The program leverages self-assessments, 360° feedback from colleagues, and the perspectives of fellow learners to enable participants to build greater self-awareness and enhance the versatility of their leadership style and approach. The curriculum is extremely hands-on, with 75% of participants’ time is focused on practical and relevant situations from their work. Certification is dependent on completing the assignments and documenting the outcomes of actions taken that are verified by their organization. The program is delivered in an active, peer-to-peer learning environment led by trained business and leadership coaches to create the supportive environment required to not only help participant-leaders make breakthrough realization on what they need to do differently but also create the accountability they need to take action and follow through on their commitments.
