The ECCP is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Chamber!


Job Summary

Responsible for the conceptualization, design, and production of creative assets that support the organization's marketing, communications, advocacy, membership, and events initiatives. Develops visual content across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency, high-quality execution, and timely delivery of projects. Collaborates with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to strengthen the organization's visual identity and engagement efforts.

He/she will also be reporting to the Marketing and Communications Officer-In-Charge.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Creative Design and Brand Management

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce visual assets for marketing campaigns, events, publications, advocacy initiatives, and corporate communications across digital and print platforms.

  • Develop creative materials, including social media graphics, event branding, presentations, newsletters, advertisements, publications, promotional collateral, and other communication materials while ensuring brand consistency.

Publications and Content Support

  • Design and layout publications such as magazines, white papers, advocacy papers, reports, and special publications.

  • Provide graphic design and visual storytelling support for content developed by the communications teams.

Digital Communications and Social Media

  • Create visual assets for social media, email marketing, websites, and other digital channels.

  • Collaborate with communications and events teams to support event promotion campaigns and online engagement initiatives.

Events and Multimedia Support

  • Develop event branding materials, including backdrops, banners, presentation templates, and promotional collateral.

  • Provide photo documentation and post-event content support for conferences, forums, webinars, and other organizational activities.

Project Management and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with project objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers, printers, photographers, videographers, and production partners to execute creative requirements effectively.

  • Review creative outputs to ensure accuracy, visual quality, and alignment with organizational branding and communication goals.

Administrative and Corporate Design Support

  • Manage the production and updating of corporate materials, including company identification cards, business cards, certificates, and other official organizational assets.

  • Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative resources to support operational efficiency.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned in support of organizational objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a graphic designer role. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
