Applied Neuroscience for Motivation & Dopamine Management @ Work

Trainings

Applied Neuroscience for Motivation & Dopamine Management @ Work equips attendees with the understanding, skills & tools to rewire the brain for increased self motivation. It is a half-day online program that is fully based on science, and shares in a simplified way the latest scientific research on how to interpret and act on the brain signals of your 'hardware'.

There have been significant scientific advances in recent years in the understanding of how the brain handles dopamine, a key player in how we keep motivated and how we become addicted to sources of short term pleasures such as food, alcohol, sex, social media scrolling and distractions. Participants learn new ways to take effective action and become optimal performers in their professions.

This "Motivation & Dopamine" seminar is the second of four modules in the "Applied Neuroscience for the Workplace" program (see bottom of page), and can be taken independently or together with other selected modules of the program. Each module has been purposely designed to be able to break down complex scientific concepts into simple digestible practical advice. The following are the details of this Module:
