The European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP) in partnership with other members of the Joint Foreign Chambers (JFC) is pleased to invite you to a luncheon meeting with Secretary Manuel "Mar" Roxas (Department of Transportation and Communication) this Thursday, 8 December 2011, from 12 NN to 2 PM.  Registration starts at 11:30 AM at Ballroom 3, Mandarin Oriental, Makati City, Philippines.

Given that many European companies are involved in the infrastructure field, directly and indirectly, this will be a good opportunity to hear from the Secretary himself his Department's plans in the transportation field -- short term, mid-term and long term, specifically on PPP/ hybrid PPP and transparent bidding.  We expect that the Secretary will touch on sensitive issues like NAIA Terminal 3, cancelled contracts entered into by the previous administration, unsolicited vs. solicited project proposals, etc.
